A study by The Cybersecurity Imperative highlights data sharing with vendors as the top IT infrastructure risk, with 57% of over 1,300 organizations identifying it as their greatest vulnerability. The study also predicts a 247% increase in attacks via third-party vendors over the next two years, while security enhancements for these vendors are expected to grow by only 106%. Consequently, regulatory measures are tightening to address these risks.
